## FAQ

**What's the difference between Pro and Team?**
Pro is single-user. Team adds a multi-user license (up to 10), the internal rollout guide, team permissions setup, per-member onboarding checklist, and deployment planner. The 12 systems and stack packs are the same.

**How does the multi-user license work?**
Up to 10 people within one organization can access and use the files. Files can be shared inside your chosen team workspace (Notion, Google Drive, ClickUp). You receive a Gumroad license key as proof of purchase — keep it on file.

**Do we all need separate copies?**
No. One purchase covers the whole team (up to 10). You set up one shared workspace and everyone accesses it there.

**What if our team grows past 10?**
Contact us via Gumroad to discuss an expanded license.

**Do we need all three tools?**
No. Pick the tool your team already uses. All three formats are included so you're not forced to switch.

**How long does the team rollout take?**
